**PRINT THIS MESSAGE AND DELIVER IT TO THE PERSON WHO MAINTAINS THE INSPECTION CERTIFICATE INVENTORY**

You must return all unused 2014 inspection certificates.  Refunds or credits will be processed for returned certificates of inspection.  No credit will be provided after December 31, 2014.  Specific instructions on how to return certificates and where to return them to are provided at WWW.NYVIP.ORG in the “Program News” section of the Home page or this link.
