SUBJECT: NYVIP2 SOFTWARE VERSION LOCKOUT 11/7/2016

PLEASE BRING THIS MESSAGE TO THE ATTENTION OF THE STATION OWNER AND/OR MANAGER

You need to take immediate action! On October 4th all stations received NYVIP2 Message #219 which announced the rollout of the new software version 16.07.08

The software has been released to all stations. Please review NYVIP2 Message #219 at WWW.NYVIP.ORG under “Program News” on the Home Page.

Please be sure that your NYVIP2 software is current and updated as required with version 16.07.08. The version number is displayed in the upper right hand corner of the NYVIP2 screen.

Stations that have not installed 16.07.08 software will be locked out on Monday November 7th.

A lockout will interrupt your ability to inspect vehicles until you successfully update to the new software.
